Bail Set in Lohan Case
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Lohan's bail has been set at $25k.
We're told she's in the process of being released.

Whether you be an actor a sports person a regular kids on a high school team etc. You screw up you're over and a more deserving person gets to be famous. There is a resposibility that comes with fame that this current crop of losers have failed to realize. If we want our children to grow to be better people we need to show them better people. Let's face it she isn't doing something that any other number of your people could do. She had a chance and blew it. It happens to people all the time. Next. Let's try something new and give all this camera time to those that are "doing it right" I'll grant you it's not as interesting to read and we all like watching that trainwreck but we owe it to our future to quit glamorizing this stuff.

29. I have a family member who had been in inpatient rehab for five months, following three months in the County Jail, and who is now on probation for the next four years. As a family member, it is my responsibility to support her re-entry into civil society by encouraging her progress and to remind her to stay away from the bad people and other triggers that may cause her to relapse. This does not mean we have to stop our lives to help our loved ones through rehab, but we need to be supportive. Rehab is a selfish process and Lohan needs to worry about herself first, before giving in to the partying ways of her so-called friends and/or family.
Clearly, Lohan does not have the supportive circle of family and friends who will ensure that she stays away from the bad elements. Lohan needs to go to jail for breaking the law, and time in jail will clean her up faster than some country club rehab center. Sure, she’ll suffer from withdrawal for a few days but she’ll get clean! Sending people like Lohan to country club rehab is NOT the answer. She needs to do hard time.

NEXT WEEK WE'LL HEAR ABOUT BUST #3 OR THAT SHE KILLED SOMEONE DRIVING DRUNK OR HIGH... ITS AN OUTRAGE!!!!
